Role: Senior Project @ NYU IDM
    Duration: Sep 2024 - Dec 2024
Tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe AfterEffects, Adobe Photoshop, Suno AI, Reaper

    Project Overview

The photographs act as a representation of the static, physical self, while the video projections overlay these images with moving, glitching visuals, symbolizing the distortions and fragmentations introduced by surveillance systems. As viewers move through the space, their shadows will interact with the projections, further distorting the images and emphasizing the unavoidable nature of surveillance.

The juxtaposition of the analog (print photography) and digital (video) emphasizes the tension between the physical world and the digital reality that increasingly denes our lives. Distortion, glitching, and dynamic interactions with the audience will convey how surveillance, though often unseen, is constantly watching and manipulating our digital personas.
