MOOD began as a feeling we couldn’t explain out loud. A feeling that showed up in the small cracks of our twenties. The kind that made us write things down, revisit old memories, and search for patterns in the emotions we kept circling back to. We created this zine because we wanted a place where those feelings could slow down long enough to be understood. A place where one emotion could take up the space it deserves.
This first edition, Restlessness, explores the different ways it moves through us. Returning to a familiar place that no longer fits. The impulse to run toward anything that feels new. Holding still for a breath and realizing how much has changed. Restlessness is uncomfortable, but it’s also honest. It’s the quiet signal that something is about to open, even if we can’t name it yet. We hope these pages remind you that you’re not navigating it alone. That restlessness comes and goes. That it keeps you awake, searching, alive.
